It’s important to word your wedding invitation just right. You want to capture the attention of your guests while also conveying a sense of elegance and style. Proper wedding invitation etiquette is extremely important.

Choosing a Typeface

The typeface or font that you use sets the stage for the content of the wedding invitation. Most wedding invitations use script fonts and serif fonts, i.e., those with strokes at the ends of each letter. Sans serif fonts are used for more informal invitations. For example:
